Lawn Care Sales And Marketing RepresentativeThis is an active, outdoor sales and marketing role focused on results. You'll interact directly with homeowners and help grow our customer base through consistent field activity.Responsibilities include:Door-to-door sales in assigned neighborhoodsDistributing door hangers and flyersPlacing and maintaining yard signsCalling and following up with warm leadsEducating homeowners on our lawn care servicesAccurately tracking daily activities and resultsThis position begins with a 30-day paid trial period to ensure the role is a good fit for both you and the company. During the first 30 days, you'll be evaluated on:Reliability and attendanceWillingness to follow training and coachingActivity levels (doors knocked, hangers distributed, calls made)Communication and professionalismSales results and improvement over timeAt the end of the 30-day trial:High performers will be invited to continue in the roleTop performers may receive increased commission opportunities or additional responsibilitiesIf expectations are not met, employment may be discontinuedThis trial period helps ensure fairness, clarity, and long-term success.Pay and incentives:$14$16/hour (W-2)$25$50 commission per new customerPerformance bonuses for weekly and monthly goalsIncentives for upselling add-on servicesWhat we're looking for:Comfortable talking to homeownersReliable and self-motivatedWilling to work outdoorsPositive, coachable attitudeSales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)Requirements:Valid driver's license & reliable transportationSmartphone (for tracking and communication)Ability to walk neighborhoods and stand for extended periodsMust be 18+Why this is a great opportunity:Paid training and clear expectationsFlexible scheduleStrong earning potential with commissionsSupportive, growth-focused environmentOpportunity to grow with a local business
