They keep people and projects running smoothly, ensuring every part of our business is provided for and well taken care of.Join our global community of over 200,000 dedicated employees around the world in driving the transformation of the eyewear and eyecare industry.General Function:Under the direction of the Manager, Quality and Research, collects, analyzes, and tracks customer satisfaction data for all lines of business for the NACC.Major Duties And Responsibilities:Collects customer satisfaction data through i3 after call surveys and survey monkey online surveys.Analyzes customer satisfaction data to highlight successes and opportunities in the customer service arena.Assists in work affiliated with customer satisfaction and customer experience.Assists in analyzing and proposing improvement solutions for business processes and procedures.Participates on special projects as assigned.Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma2-3 years progressive experience in contact center environment or equivalent. Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) skillsDeveloped critical thinking ability.Flexibility, adaptability and resourcefulness.Excellent written/verbal communication skills including advanced spelling and grammar skills, with an emphasis on technical writing.Exceptional listening and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.The ability to identify and translate process or system issues into proactive problem solving action steps.Superb organizational, time management skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with all employee levels and customers.Ability to work independently with moderate level of supervision.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredEmployee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
