Come join us The role we are currently searching for a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching service technicians daily to meet customer service needs. Position requires having a strong understanding of the geographical area that the dispatcher is based, great communication, problem solving skills and attention to detail. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company.Responsibilities:Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to handle an extremely high volume of service callsNegotiating priority of service callCreate detailed project plans, with all tasks, dependencies, and timelines identified, and keep those project plans continuously updatedEnsure scope, schedule, and budget data are communicated to stakeholders as they may evolve throughout a projectMust have an above average ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMust work well under pressure and attention to detail is an absolute mustAttention to data entry, updating information in a timely manner throughout the dayContinuous communication with service technicians and providing optimal routingTechnical support; providing directions, changes in scheduling, etcNotifying customers of delay in delivery scheduleTrack that our service technicians comply with customer requirementsAssist in closing service calls and invoicingCollect and review service technician's paperwork and notes for completenessGeneral office duties (faxing, scanning, typing, filing, etc)Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience dispatching Field Service TechsStrong computer skills, excellent communication and organizational skillsProven ability to accurately and quickly develop creative solutions to problemsSelf-starter with multi-tasking ability and strong interpersonal skillsExperience using internet maps and dispatch softwareCompensation and Benefits:10 Paid HolidaysFlexible Time Off401(k) Company MatchHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHSA and FSADisability & Occupational Accident InsuranceCompany-Paid Life Insurance PolicyEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)World-class paid training program for you to learn the skills for long term career success.OWL Services is an equal opportunity employer.
