Broad Street Home Care is seeking a Caregiver to assist a client located in Deerfield IL working Thursday through Sunday from 8 pm to 8 am. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to the client in the comfort of their home. Duties will include:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and eating
- Medication reminders
- Safety and companionship
- Monitoring client's health and documenting
- Communicating with with care team
The Caregiver must be compassionate, patient and have a strong work ethic. Previous experience working with individuals who have suffered a stroke or have mobility struggles is preferred. The ideal candidate should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
