Drywall Project Manager Commercial ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced and financially focused Drywall Project Manager (PM) to oversee all phases of commercial drywall and light-gauge metal framing projects. This role requires managing projects from initial budgeting through closeout, ensuring strict adherence to schedule, quality, and profitability goals.Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)Essential Software: Expert proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid is mandatory.Experience: 3+ years managing commercial drywall/framing projects.ResponsibilitiesProject Execution: Manage project schedules, material procurement, and timely completion of contract milestones.Financial Control: Develop accurate working budgets, manage job cost reports, prepare billing, and negotiate/process change orders.Estimating Collaboration: Use OST and Quick Bid expertise to audit takeoffs, verify quantities, and support the handoff from estimating to operations.Field Oversight: Conduct site visits, enforce safety protocols, manage field crews/subcontractors, and ensure high-quality standards.Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, resolving issues and leading project meetings.All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
