Digital Marketing Advisor, Patient and Provider Content Strategy

Digital Marketing Advisor Patient And Provider Content StrategyReporting to the Digital Marketing Senior Manager, the Digital Marketing Advisor Patient and Provider Content Strategy will support the Evernorth Health Services business segment.The Digital Marketing Advisor combines digital marketing and content strategy, partnering with marketing and business stakeholders to develop and maintain patient and provider content on Evernorth.com. The person in this role will use data-driven strategies, user experience research, and digital best practices to act as a bridge between audience insights and digital execution of business objectives.Success in this role will rely on:Leading through influence as a subject matter expert on digital marketing and the patient and provider digital content portfolioAdvocating for an audience-driven content approach by understanding how all digital touchpoints combine to impact the user's experience and how content supports user journeysEmbracing data insights and user research to inform content strategyThinking at an enterprise level to ensure a unified strategy across all patient and provider contentBeing a self-directed, proactive individual who can develop trusted relationships in a highly matrixed, cross-functional organizationBeing comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBringing a process improvement mindset, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve efficiency and efficacyExhibiting knowledge of content authoring in a complex digital environmentDuties and ResponsibilitiesServe as the central strategist for patient and provider content on Evernorth.com, working with stakeholders from individual lines of business to deliver on business priorities and provide guidance on digital best practicesOwn the patient and provider content roadmap for Evernorth.com. This includes setting proactive initiatives and responding to changing business needs.Manage project intake, tracking, and execution continually exploring opportunities for process improvementCollaborate with data and user experience partners to understand patient and provider audience segmentation and user behavior to inform an audience-driven content strategyAuthor and update content in a Drupal-based content management systemIn partnership with internal and external partners, manage and execute SEO/GEO strategies for patient and provider content on Evernorth.comPartner with accessibility team to understand and implement accessibility best practices on Evernorth.comIdeal candidates will offerBachelor's Degree, MBA or master's degree a plus6+ years of relevant, strategic experienceDigital marketing experience on an analytically driven marketing teamContent management system (CMS) experience (e.g., Drupal)Understanding of user experience (UX) best practices, including accessibilityExperience using website analytics to inform content strategyKnowledge of and experience with Adobe Analytics and Marketo a plus, but not requiredAbility to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environmentMust balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlinesProven ability to lead in a heavily matrixed environmentAbility to foster collaboration and value others' perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposalsExcellent oral and written communication skills and executive presenceExcellent attention to detailHealth care experience in the patient and/or provider content areas a plusAbility to work from a Cigna Group office 3 days a week, as directed by the businessAbout The Cigna GroupDoing something meaningful starts with a simple decision, a commitment to changing lives.
