Requirements 

  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Must have at least 5 years of management experience
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm
  • Must have Microsoft Experience
  • Must be able to multitask 


 

Job Duties 

  • Coordinate all office employees
  • Make sure daily reports from techs are being turned in with work orders
  • Keep track of where all employees are
  • Make sure warehouse manger is keeping track of all parts leaving and coming into shop
  • Email daily reports to boss of updates on all jobs and employees
  • Check with boss on what jobs he wants all techs on the next day
  • Make sure all vehicles that are needing repair is emailed to mechanics shop
  • There mat be other duties to be added as well 


Pay is based on experiance

  • 21+ years or older
  • Valid driver's license

  • Management skills: supervising employees

  • Management skills: conducting performance reviews
  • Management skills: reporting infractions
  • Management skills: termination of employment
  • Management skills: writing schedules
  • Management skills: resolving customer complaints
  • Management skills: managing employee conflicts
  • Comfortable handling customer complaints
  • Available to work: weekends
  • Available to work: weekdays
