Systel Careers Inside Sales Representative Sugar Land, TXWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will provide essential support to the Sales Directors and Managers by assisting in managing customer relationship throughout the entire sales cycle. Key responsibilities will be generating formal quotes, provide product information, and support post-sales inquiries. Inside Sales Representative will also interface with Engineering, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer inquiries and action items are completed on time.You are a customer-focused, detail-oriented sales support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment. You create and maintain strong relationships with customers by being responsive, reliable, and proactive in addressing customer needs. You take full ownership of your responsibilities and collaborate well with others to find solutions that are critical to the customer. You are self-driven and take pride in delivering results that keeps our customers fully satisfied.Key responsibilities:Prepare formal quotes and sales support materials in Word and Excel for the Sales Directors/ManagersRespond to customer inquiries and provide price quotes, product availability, and delivery lead-timesCollaborate with customers to resolve RMA and customer service issuesWork closely with the Planner to track delivery dates and ensure timely notification to customersCoordinate with the Purchasing team to determine component availability and lifecycleSupport Sales Directors/Managers in all aspects of the sales processInterface with various departments to follow up on customer action itemsFollow up on open quotes to ensure timely completion of sales processesRequirements:Professional telephone communication skills with outstanding customer service skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentLeadership and facilitation skills are essentialProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience:A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a technical field, preferably in computer hardwareEducation:Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (desired)Systel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
