divh2Multi-Tenant Sales Manager Assistant/h2pSupport and assist Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by managing the day-to-day activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department./ppMajor Duties and Responsibilities:/ppActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience./pulliResponsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals/liliSupervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives. May also manage other sales resources as assigned/liliRecruit, interview, hire and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives/liliSupport of Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work./liliCommunicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives/liliMonitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commissions payment/liliHandle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc./liliAssist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offers/liliPerform other duties as requested by supervisor/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/ppRequired Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:/ppAbility to read, write, speak and understand English/ppKnowledge of Community Sales practices/ppValid drivers license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance/ppRequired Education:/ppBachelors degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required/ppRequired Related Work Experience and Number of Years:/ppSales experience - 1+/ppSales Supervisory experience preferred - 0.5+/ppTelecommunications and cable industry experience preferred/ppPreferred Qualifications:/ppPreferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:/ppKnowledge of Company products and services preferred/ppPreferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years:/ppSupervisory or leadership experience - 1+/ppWorking Conditions:/ppField and office environment/ppTravel as required/p/div
