We offer a positive work environment with helpful coworkers and steady full-time work year-round.More BenefitsIn addition to a strong starting wage, Experienced Pest Control Technicians can earn sales commissions from selling our services from leads provided and cross-sales. ApolloX Pest Control also provides:Company service vehicle (for work use only).Company-supplied uniforms, safety equipment, and great pest control tools that other companies don't provide to help you work smarter and more efficiently, not harder.50% medical up to $300 after 60 days.10 days PTO after the first year taken in the off-season December to March.8 Paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, 2 at Thanksgiving, and 2 at Christmas)Unlike most pest control companies, our work schedule is different -- our Pest Control Service Technicians are full-time and year-round and work either four or five days per week, including overtime in days worked. In a four-day workweek, there is extra quality of life balance whereby one week you work Saturday and get another weekday off to do your thing and the following week you get two weekdays off EVEN IN THE SUMMER instead of getting burned out and not enjoying the summer.Our Experienced Pest Control Technicians do heavy lifting (e.g., sometimes wearing a 74-pound backpack for some jobs) so you must be physically strong and fit. You need a clean Connecticut driver's license with a driving history that can meet our insurance company's requirements.Company-paid training is in Fairfield. If you join our team, you would be required to commute daily to our Fairfield office.
