Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE This internship is for Summer 2026. The Quality/ Process Intern at Cornerstone Building Brands offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real quality initiatives and contribute to meaningful projects that drive Quality Assurance across the organization. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist in the identification of process improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder consultation Support the documentation of current processes working on SOP revisions Review/revise control plans Develop training materials, Quality Visual Aids, Work Instructions. Assist in Quality initiative deployment Contribute to meaningful projects that drive quality assurance, process improvement, and reduction of Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ). Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED Currently enrolled in associate or bachelor's degree program in a relevant discipline is required Be at least a sophomore within your degree program Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy are required Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is required Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis Methodologies, Fishbone Diagram, 4M's, 5 Whys, and 8D's is preferred.
