Warehouse AssociatesAutomation Personnel Services is looking for Warehouse Associates for our company based in North Houston, TX. In this position, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials within a warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and efficient movement of goods to support production or shipping operations.Pay Rate: $15.00-$20.00Schedule and Hours:Different shifts are available on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift ranging from starts at 7am, 10am, and 2pm.Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities:Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory checks to maintain accuracy.Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage materials or products for shipment or production lines.Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts and other material-handling equipment.Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or discrepancies and ensure they meet quality standards.Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA regulations, wear appropriate PPE, and participate in safety training to maintain a secure work environment.Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements:Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory tracking software.High school diploma or equivalent.Forklift operator certification (preferred)At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.Bi-lingual.
