Here, you will make an impact by:Translate business objectives into Enterprise Supply Chain requirements and develop end-to-end operational plans for execution in partnership with the functions of Plan, Source, Make, DeliverIdentify, prioritize, and lead Division specific improvement projects across the Plan, Source, Make, DeliverDetermine what is needed to drive service, quality, cost, cash, reliability across Plan, Source, Make, DeliverPartner across Division and Enterprise Supply Chain resources to actively manage product lifecycle and portfolio excellence.Partner with Division and Enterprise Supply Chain technical leaders through New Product Introductions; development, scale-up and launchYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)Ten (10) years of combined experience in a manufacturing or supply chain role in a private, public, government or military environmentThree (3) years of experience in a supervisory role in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong communication and change management skills.Strong business acumen; demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and rapidly make appropriate financial decisionsPrevious production, operations, or value stream/product management experienceNew product development, scale-up, and launch experienceExperience interacting with 3rd party vendorsExperience managing a diverse, international teamBackground with film based manufacturing processesWork LocationOn-site (4 days per week) Maplewood, MNTravelMay include up to 25% domestic/international travelRelocation AssistanceMay be authorized.Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. To ensure competitive pay and benefits, 3M regularly benchmarks with other companies that are comparable in size and scope.The expected compensation range for this position is $212,947 - $260,268, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
