With four clinic days per week (MondayFriday), this position offers a mix of hands-on patient care and essential documentation work to ensure seamless care delivery. Responsibilities include crafting detailed clinic notes, educating patients, and supporting clinical programs. Collaborate closely with a team of physicians and healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional care. Key Qualifications:For Physician Assistant (PA): Graduate from an accredited PA Program. NCCPA certification. Active New Jersey license or eligibility for state licensure. 2+ years of clinic/outpatient experience as an APP in Plastic Surgery (preferred). ACLS/BLS certification. For Nurse Practitioner (NP): Current New Jersey RN and NP license/registration. Masters degree in nursing with prescriptive privileges. 2+ years of clinic/outpatient experience as an APP in Plastic Surgery (preferred). Related National NP certification. ACLS/BLS certification. Core Skills: Strong Decision-Making: Ability to make timely and impactful decisions that advance organizational objectives. Adaptability: Effective in navigating complex and sophisticated situations with professionalism. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a diverse healthcare team, including APPs, nurses, and physicians, to deliver comprehensive patient care.
