The ideal candidate should be able to understand project requirements, create impressive designs to meet commercial or promotional needs, and successfully execute ideas into final designs and layouts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and translating project requirements into high-quality designs.
  • Creating and conceptualizing visual ideas and content.
  • Utilizing various graphic design tools and software to create designs.
  • Collaborating with the team to launch designs from conception to rollout.
  • Developing and creating finished art ready for final production.
  • Reviewing final layouts to ensure they meet requirements before production.
  • Updating and maintaining graphic design files, documentation, and graphics library.
  • Meeting with clients or team members to discuss design projects, preferences, and goals.
  • Staying updated with latest design techniques, trends, and tools.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3-7+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of the design process from conceptualization to final artwork delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking with a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high design quality.
