If you have a proven background in marine construction and leading projects while maintaining a high level of professionalism, then we think you'd be an excellent fit for our team.Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:Coordinates with crews, contractors, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure projects stay on track and are efficientPlan, interpret, and implement design and application of construction methodsTrack daily project progress, operational management activities, submittal preparation and reviewAbility to track costs to meet the project's budgetActively seek to find new business opportunities for Brennan ServicesAbility to travel to jobsites up to 40% of the time based on project type and requirementOther job-related duties necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this positionSenior Project Manager Qualifications:Required B.S. in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management or related fieldMinimum 10 years of working experience with the construction field, heavy civil, railroads, bridges, or marine constructionStrong construction background (Marine construction preferred)Knowledge of earth anchor, soil retention walls, pile driving, auger cast piles, micro piles, wells, and helical piers preferredDemonstrated leadership ability, problem solving skills and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement, value engineering and estimating)Compensation: The salary range for Project Engineer/Project Manager varies based on experience and the level of project management responsibilities assigned. Candidates will be assessed during the interview process and aligned with a level that matches their skills and qualifications.
