Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson at Pixl Texas in Austin, TX. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for utilizing product knowledge to assist customers, driving retail sales, providing excellent communication and customer service, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Promote telecommunications products and services effectively, utilizing your sales skills to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the telecommunication products and services offered, enabling you to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring a seamless checkout process.
  • Organize and maintain the retail space, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and products are stocked and accessible.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with restocking as needed to ensure that the retail area is always well-prepared for customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events that drive traffic and engagement in-store.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the management team, helping to enhance our service offerings and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications :

  • Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, especially during peak retail periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent
