DescriptionCaptivation Software is looking for a mid level software engineer who will be acting as a Front-End Developer to assist with daily responsibilities. ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and dynamic routing with Next.jsCollaborate with backend developers to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions.Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO.Integrate RESTful APIs.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end architecture decisions with Senior Front end Engineer. RequirementsSecurity Clearance:Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizenMinimum Qualifications:Seven (7) years’ experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is requiredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is requiredFour (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.Required Skills:ReactNext.js This position is open for direct hires only.
