Your work helps our residents feel at home and contributes directly to their health and well-being.Position Summary: As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces. This position plays a key role in infection prevention and provides a comfortable atmosphere for everyone in our care.Key Responsibilities:Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, dining rooms, lounges, and other areasDust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces according to facility protocolsRemove trash and dispose of waste properlyReplenish paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies as neededFollow daily and weekly cleaning schedulesAdhere to infection control and safety proceduresReport maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisorInteract respectfully and professionally with residents and staffQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services a plusAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout shiftAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsStrong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skillsWhy Work at Harris Hill?Friendly and team-oriented environmentCompetitive pay and benefits package for eligible employeesOpportunities for training and advancement within the organizationMake a positive impact on residents' quality of life every day
