You'll define key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the business to optimize along those metrics.Lead a High-Performing Team: Build, lead, and mentor a results-oriented team, creating a culture where employees love to work. You'll set goals, evaluate progress, and help your team achieve both individual and company goals.Ensure Compliance: Act as the ultimate authority on customs compliance, providing guidance to both clients and staff. You'll maintain the company's licenses, permits, and bonds while staying up-to-date on all regulatory changes to protect the business and our clients.Drive Growth and Efficiency: Develop a strategic plan to expand customs brokerage services and identify new client markets.
