Job Title- Marketing Coordinator Work Location : Remote Work Schedule: Part Time / Approx 10-12 hours per week, flexible on days Duration- 06 Month+ Contract POSITION SUMMARY: Supports the activities of the Marketing Operations at the brand team. Specific responsibilities include administrative and project management support for the Director of brand routing & approval for labels, creative asset routing, & rendering requests PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative and Project Management support for the Director of Marketing, including assisting with assigned projects, following up with cross-functional teams for support and information Support the team with the migration into Content Hub for routing & approval for labels, creative asset routing, rendering requests, coordination of product sample REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: Associate or bachelor's degree EXPERIENCE: 2 to 3 years of Executive Administrative support or equivalent experience required 2 plus years of exposure or experience in supporting marketing functions required KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Functional Skills: Proven ability to provide support to Executive leadership team, able to manage multiple priorities in a demanding workload. Advance level in Microsoft Office and SAP Operating Skills: Strong customer service focus, highly organized, strong focus on quality and detail orientation, able to perform in a fast-paced environment Energy & Drive: Action and Results oriented, initiative to assume and lead projects and deliver as schedule Organizational Positioning Skills: Good presentation skills & written communication, ability to interact successfully in a matrix environment Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Skilled to build and foster effective peer relationships
