At the successful completion of the internship, the Nursing Assistant Intern will advance to the Nursing Assistant position.Responsibilities:Dependability- Consistency in accomplishing tasks/ education with minimal supervision.Teamwork- team relationship with peers and departments. Maintain a positive attitude and consideration for co-workers and departments.Communication- demonstrates the ability to communicate professionally in a clear manner with all staff members. Relays messages accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.Accountability- completes all required education on time. Always conducts self in a professional manner at Bayhealth.Compassion and respect- displays compassion and kindness to all customers.
