Description Position: OBGYN Hospitalist Location: Lakeland, FL Job Type: Full-time A well-established hospital-based women's health program in Central Florida is seeking a dedicated OBGYN Hospitalist to join its growing team. This opportunity offers an excellent schedule, strong clinical support, and a true work-life balance in a collaborative hospital environment. Employed hospitalist position with an average of 7 (24-hour) shifts per month for full-time status No call responsibilities - enjoy full time off when off duty Collaborative coverage model with backup support from an experienced physician team Partner with a highly skilled labor and delivery staff and access advanced maternal care resources Facility Highlights: Level III NICU with on-site maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology specialists 17 labor and delivery rooms, 33 postpartum rooms, 7 antepartum rooms, and 8 OBED rooms 24/7 anesthesia coverage and 4 dedicated operating rooms Compensation & Benefits: Competitive employed compensation structure Full health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid malpractice coverage 401(k) with employer contribution $3,500 CME allowance Comprehensive administrative and clinical support Qualifications: MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG or AOBOG) Minimum of 3 years of practice experience preferred Active or eligible Florida medical license and DEA certification Current BLS certification If you are interested in this opportunity, please schedule a time to speak with us by sharing your info below.
