Job Title: Vendor Relations Coordinator (Contract) - Job#5828Worksite: Phoenix, AZ or Hartford, CT Vendor Relations Coordinator for Industrial and Office Equipment Reporting to the Vendor Relations Supervisor/Manager, this role manages the daily repair and equipment request process, ensuring timely coordination between customers, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities: Receive and log customer requests; coordinate vendors to complete repairs or equipment needs. Maintain accurate, timely updates in all systems and communicate progress to customers. Review vendor quotes, determine next steps, and coordinate parts orders and service needs. Verify work order accuracy for efficient processing, reporting, and billing. Monitor team inboxes and systems for new or escalated requests and provide coverage support. Manage assigned orders to meet performance metrics and assist other areas as needed. Resolve vendor performance issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality. Recommend and help implement process improvements for vendor management operations.
