The diverse nature of our engagements creates challenging and rewarding opportunities for growthDay-to-day as a Senior Solutions ConsultantAs a Senior Solutions Consultant you will perform all aspects of Microsoft 365 technical design and implementation projects from opportunity shaping, through delivery and support, including:Create SOWs and contribute to proposals by defining scope and estimating time, cost, and resource needsDeliver client presentations for orals and technical demonstrationsAct as the primary technical lead for SharePoint and M365 projects, ensuring architecture aligns with enterprise standards and client needsGather user requirements through facilitated interviews and content analysisAssess technology environments and identify opportunities for system and process improvements, enhancements, and integrationsLead the design, build, and test of SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI solutionsTranslate business needs into technical language for development teams and translate technical details into business value for client stakeholdersCreate technical deliverables: requirements, use cases, conceptual and technical design specifications, test plans/test cases, handover and governance documentsCollaborate with client IT and functional teams to resolve technical issues during implementation and operationsTravel locally or out of state, as needed for client-facing project activities, up to 25% Consult on multiple projects at the same time, juggling unique requirements and timelinesSkills and Knowledge Required5+ years of full lifecycle experience (i.e., design, implement, upgrade, migrate, deploy, and support) of Microsoft 365, SharePoint on-prem, and Hybrid solutionsExperience working with web-based applications using .NET 4.0 or higher, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, Azure a plusPrevious implementation experience with information architecture, lifecycle management, and governance policies in M365, SharePoint on-prem, and Hybrid environments, and other content management systemsPrevious implementation experience with M365 Compliance Center, Records Management, Information Governance, Data Loss Prevention, eDiscovery, tenant services administration including M365 security models and implementation, Azure Active Directory configurationPrevious implementation experience designing and executing migrations from file shares and non-Microsoft platforms to M365 (on premise, hybrid, SharePoint Online), with custom scripts and/or third-party migration tools (e.g. ShareGate, AvePoint, or similar)Previous customer-facing or consulting experience leading group discussions with senior stakeholders: presenting recommendations, strategies, proposals, and facilitating agreement or decisionsAble to engage and establish positive relationships with all levels of the organizationNice To Have SkillsTeam Lead or people management experience, Project Management experience or certificationsM365 or other relevant technology certifications
