Job Overview: Are you a master at building relationships and solving problems strategically? Highlights of Your Role: Develop and nurture channel partners across all market segments within your territory to boost Marvin's market share. Implement effective strategic sales plans, including territory budgets and sales forecasts. Train and support channel partner sales teams and professional trade contractors with market-focused education, sales tools, and product knowledge. Analyze existing channel partners regularly and create actionable plans to enhance market share, leveraging both current dealers and alternative market strategies. Collaborate with key contacts such as builders, architects, and remodelers, providing essential communication and insights on projects and services. You Would Be a Great Fit If You Can: Effectively manage the role's expense budget. Build and maintain positive relationships with decision makers through creative problem-solving and timely responses. Contribute to the development of innovative sales programs and processes. Represent Marvin at various trade and consumer shows. Regularly communicate strategic insights and competitor information to sales leadership. Coordinate and promote factory tours and training at our flagship location in Warroad, MN. Travel frequently within your assigned territory, including some overnight stays. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. Experience in premium building products sales within a dealer-based territory. Preferred background in fenestration or premium building materials. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Solution-oriented mindset with innovative thinking capabilities.
