Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. Club Pilates is a well-established, nation-wide brand, committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community.Position: The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the Sales & General Manager with new membership sales, member retention, and day to day studio operations. Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.Compensation & Perks:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus sales commissionsFlexible schedulingFree Pilates classesOpportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positionsRequirements:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher trainingAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayHearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephoneMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleaguesMust have excellent public speaking skillsMust have proficient computer skillsResponsibilities:Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeConduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wantsMaintain acceptable level of personal sales productionEmphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available services to current or prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotaParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsOther duties as assignedWe look forward to hearing from you.
