Our practice is seeking a physical therapist who wants to make a positive impact on our patients and community. Maryland Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned outpatient practice, that focuses on the development of our physical therapists and aides to ensure quality healthcare is provided to our community members. We support and encourage innovation and creativity from our physical therapists, as well as control over their own schedule to deliver a quality care experience to the patients we help serve. We are the ideal physical therapy practice for new graduates through mentorship to help the application of the physical therapy concepts previously learned to increase their clinical knowledge and patient care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Examination and treatment of pathologies and/or surgeries referred for physical therapy, · Completion and submission of all required documentation, · Maintains a patient treatment schedule which promotes achievement of short and long-term therapeutic goals. Medical Specialty: Orthopedics Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Sports Medicine Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Education: Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy or a school approved by the World Congress of Physical Therapy, with preferably a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. License/Certification: Physical Therapist Maryland License (Required). Work Location: In person.
