HR GeneralistWe are seeking an HR Generalist to oversee key areas of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and workforce development tracking. The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and serves as a key point of contact for employees and management. This role will play a role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the growth and success of our employees.Key Responsibilities:Respond to questions and resolve basic workplace issuesConduct thorough and impartial investigations into workplace complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiativesHelp develop, update, and communicate HR policies and proceduresParticipate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate training sessions and HR-related programsEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable labor lawsPromote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and proactive conflict resolution.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExcellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism1-5 years of experience in an HR role (generalist experience preferred)Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office toolsPrior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferredWhat We Offer:Salary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $65,000-$85,000.
