We offer home, auto and accident and health insurance, as well as other specialty niche insurance products, through a large network of independent insurance agents, as well as directly to consumers.Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party RV, Heavy Equipment, trailers, and Motorcycle material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. This role is utilized as a peer mentor having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise. This is a field position located in the areas of Raleigh, Burlington, Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience estimating RV's or commercial vehicles.Key ResponsibilitiesApplies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc trainingNegotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of filesInterprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practicesBuilds mastered relationships with both internal and external customersExhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severitiesExperience3 or more years of experience (Preferred)CompensationBase compensation offered for this role is based on experience and qualifications: Consultant I: $24.76-$36.06 hourly Consultant II: $26.20-$37.88 hourly Sr Consultant I: $31.01-$42.53 hourly Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.It is the Company's policy to employ the best qualified individuals available for all jobs.
