Join the MasTec family and help us provide the highest level of quality service to our customers and communities while maintaining our commitment to safetyResponsibilities As a Data Entry Billing Clerk, you are responsible for performing clerical work in reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting or construction-related documents. In addition, you will:Work directly with the office staff (Regional Management, project managers, and accounting), and assist with multiple and varied tasksKeep all office documents filed (paper/electronically), organized, and maintainedBe responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely payment of subcontractorsReview invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before paymentEnter invoices in a timely and accurate manner daily, with proper approvalsProcess 2 and 3-way purchase order invoices and act as a primary contact between internal and external customers to resolve issues that ariseProvide accurate and effective document preparation and records managementPerform other related duties as requiredQualifications About You: You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality. You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work. You have three or more years of clerical experience. You have strong computer and business solutions software skills. You possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work. You're able to perform accurate computations and verification of data. Able to prepare basic reports. Able to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applicationsCompensation of $18-$20 per hour. Hard work pays off.
