The company is deeply invested in developing its hardworking employees and fostering long-term career growth.Job DescriptionSenior Estimator ResponsibilitiesManage all project documentation to ensure compliance, schedule adherence, and budget control.Assemble and distribute as-built drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy, and lien releases.Schedule projects in logical phases and allocate time effectively to meet deadlines.Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Track and analyze cost data to reduce gaps between estimates and actuals.Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor bids and budgets.Prepare and present comprehensive estimate documentation, identifying gaps and risks.Generate estimates across multiple delivery systems and review quotes with project management.Assist with post-bid buyouts and subcontractor onboarding.Participate in meet-and-greet presentations with subcontractors and suppliers.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantSenior Estimator Qualifications7+ years of experience in construction estimating (commercial preferred).Strong understanding of construction law and industry best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Associate's degree required; Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.Experience across diverse project types and delivery methods.Proficiency in construction software and willingness to learn new platforms.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Ability to prepare estimates from proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.Skilled in identifying labor, material, and time requirements.Comfortable attending bid meetings, owner meetings, and stakeholder presentations.Works directly with the Chief Estimator on both small and large-scale projects.Effective communication with subcontractors and suppliers (e.g., concrete, steel, precast, masonry).What's on OfferSenior Estimator Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)Individual Performance Bonuses: 8-11%VehicleCompany Profit BonusesHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance4 Weeks PTO6% 401(k) Company MatchPaid Maternity & Paternity LeaveTeam Outings & EventsCareer Growth & Continued Training OpportunitiesApply today to be considered within 24 hours and take the next step in building your future with a company that values your expertise and long-term success.Job Reference: JN-122025-6910144
