Contract - Hybrid (3 days onsite in NYC)

Job Description:

  • Process tickets to provision/deprovision physical security access for cardholders
  • Monitor and respond to alerts on the Physical Security dashboards
  • Print new and replacement ID cards as required
  • Monitor and investigate physical security alarms, CCTV footage & restricted areas
  • Check physical security equipment functionality, report outages, and track remediation actions
  • Creating asset management platform for Physical Security equipment
  • Assist with Internal Audit queries and remediation actions, and reporting
  • Modify/create workflows for floor access, photo uploads, and other security requests
  • Provide onsite assistance during the access control hardware conversion at NY/NJ/CT offices
  • Assist with investigating and conducting proof of concept for new technologies including facial recognition, mobile credentialing, cameras technologies and video recording storage options
  • Automate access control reporting
  • Assist with other Physical Security / IT projects as required
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Splunk a plus
