The PM would manage a go-to-market product that spans multiple systems and functions.This product sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, Engineering, and our customers. It is mission-critical to how we sell, bill, retain, and expand customers in a B2B SaaS, product-led growth environment.You will be accountable for product outcomesnot just deliveryensuring the system is scalable, reliable, and supports both today's needs and future business models.Who You Are2+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience (ideally familiar with billing, subscriptions, payments, or quote-to-cash systems)Ability to reason about complex workflows and edge cases, then distill needs/communication as needed with cross-functional stakeholdersBalance short-term business needs with long-term product health and scalabilityUser-centric approach: Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to align to a smooth user experience, as well as rep experience (internally)Proactive: you don't wait for someone else to define the roadmap; you identify problems before they become blockers, outages, or billing issuesOwnership: Organized and accountable, with a focus on delivering resultsHonesty: Transparent, empathetic, and have integrity in all interactionsCollaboration: Skilled at working with cross-functional stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration. Excellent oral and written communication skillsImprovement: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and growSelf-starter, with demonstrated perseverance or initiative to growWhat You'll Be DoingOwn product strategy and visionDefine and maintain the product vision and strategy for our billing and subscription platforms, aligned with company growth goals (PLG, expansion, pricing & packaging evolution, etc.).
