Producing DirectorThe producing director is responsible for the growth, maintenance, development and profitability of a division of a market team while successfully developing a cohesive and productive team for sustaining growth and expansion. The producing director will maintain his or her own book of business while successfully leading his or her team to meet practice area and division revenue and profitability goals.Essential duties and responsibilities include leading, developing and coaching division personnel, sourcing candidates for internal opportunities, leading and motivating staff to achieve goals, driving personal gross profit, conducting staff and training meetings, collaborating cross functionally, utilizing forecasting to increase division revenue, executing on the business strategy, soliciting new business, overseeing pay/bill rate/invoicing procedures, managing client and candidate relationships, maintaining knowledge of industry trends, developing solutions regarding client-related issues, ensuring company policy compliance, exhibiting the LHH RS US 5Hs, leading participation efforts in community and professional organization involvement, coordinating job/trade shows, and interfacing with corporate office.Minimum education and experience requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting or a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience, six years prior experience managing a profit center, five years relevant direct hire/staffing industry experience, and prior successful sales experience. Knowledge, skills and abilities requirements include proven leadership ability, effective communication, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, ability to evaluate information and formulate conclusions, ability to work collaboratively, knowledge of leadership practices, ability to interpret and apply laws, ability to influence others, and ability to act under pressure.
