This is the heartbeat of our organization and your time will be spent in a supportive, team environment with resources to help you flourish and leaders who care about your success.Serving as a lead financial support and key member of the Finance team, responsible for the daily functions of finance and decision support, including but not limited to labor management, capital planning and tracking, month-end and quarterly close analysis and reporting, financial and profitability reporting, annual budgeting, and forecasting. Providing a high level of expertise and financial acumen, assists Facility leadership, Management Market Leaders, and Region Finance Leaders with fiscal education and research of operating activities. Provides analytical support to operational management. Guides, teaches, and mentors finance team to assist in growth and development of financial skillset. Other duties as assigned Hybrid position: 1 day per week working remote.Job Requirements: In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:Bachelor Degree requiredMaster Degree or equivalent education and experience. MBA preferred.10 years' experience Finance, Accounting, or Decision Support. Strong preference for healthcare experience.5 years in a Leadership positionExtensive experience partnering with executive business leaders and providing a holistic view of business strategy, processes and financial objectives, board level experience a plusExcellent communication and managerial abilities with the ability to present complex information to a wide array of audiences with different levels of financial understandingStrong aptitude and proven experience in working with all levels of management-depth operational understanding of revenue cycle operations and/or payor community a mustAbility to be entrepreneurial; always searching for creative and innovative solutionsAdvanced Excel, PowerPoint, pivot table, report building skillsExperience with Oracle Financials or comparable planning technologies requiredProven ability to perform complex financial analysis, modeling and reportingAbility to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracyIn-depth expertise of healthcare financial models and key operational indicatorsPhysical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionallyWhere You'll Work: We believe in the healing power of humanity and serving the common good through our dedicated work and shared mission to celebrate humankindness.
