Financial AnalystLynch Consultants, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst with Department of Defense (DoD) financial management experience to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and operational support to a government comptroller organization while developing your expertise in federal financial management and fiscal execution. Belvoir, VA (Remote, but must be flexible for on-site when needed) Salary Range: Up to $74,000 (based on experience and qualifications)Key Qualifications Must Have:U.S. CitizenshipActive Secret Clearance3+ years of experience specific to DoD Financial ManagementStrong understanding of DoD financial operationsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointKey Responsibilities:Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports to enhance decision-making.Review and analyze Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs); identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.Maintain and update SharePoint-based financial tracking systems.Extract and analyze data from enterprise systems such as ADVANA to support execution tracking and de-obligationsAssist with fiscal year-end closeout and process improvement initiatives.Provide organizational and administrative support to the comptroller's office.Preferences:Experience with GFEBS and DAI systemsKnowledge of fiscal year-end closeout and financial tracking processes.Ability to support year-end closeout activities.Comfortable working independently, multitasking, and applying sound judgment in support of financial operations and execution activities.Why Join LC?
