ROLE: Distiller

We are looking for a self-motivated entrepreneur and distiller to work with our company leaders in support of our mission to make Our Planet's Most Sustainable and Healthy Beverage Alcohol that Tastes Fantastic.

The successful candidate will help lead our company's distilling and manufacturing operations, helping us scale-up production and increase our market capacity. Visit us at We are based on St. Joseph's County land adjacent to both the City of South Bend, Indiana and the City of Mishawaka, Indiana, while our postal address is in Mishawaka, Indiana.

If you have a background in distilling and can hit the ground running, you might be fortunate enough to be selected as the first official Distiller for South Bend Distillery and to use our game changing yeast technology. You could be performing 3-4 Fermentations per week per fermenter. We typically can produce 3.5 times as much beverage alcohol per fermenter than ANY other yeast on the planet. And forget about adding enzymes, NOT necessary with our technology. Forget about stuck fermentations. They do not happen with our technology. And we produced ZERO fusel oils and little to no bad furfurals, acetaldehyde or methanol...Just Great Tasting Spirits
