Company Drivers Pay: Up to $93,600 per year CPM pay range: $0.54-$0.70 $0.15/mi per diem pay, up to $440 per week Additional fuel and safety incentive: $0.02/mi Home every 7-10 days $1,500 sign-on bonus $500 orientation pay Dry van freight; 100% no-touch; 60% drop and hook $20 Stop Pay excluding first and last delivery Benefits & Perks Full Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 2022 - 2026 equipment Uncapped referral program - $4,500 per referral High percentage of contracted freight with many FreightWaves "award" shippers Paid miles empty and loaded while on duty (do not pay deadhead miles back home) Low number of drivers per dispatcher; easier and more effective communication Please note that pay varies by route, location, experience level, and performance.
