Our Senior Warehouse Coordinator position is a unique career opportunity that could be your next step towards an exciting future.Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pmHow you'll make an impact:Dispatch products out of warehousePerform JDE inventory systems transactions.Understanding the database management of warehouse stock (processes, procedures, FIFO system)Quality compliance management in the warehouse provide quality check on products in warehouse (packaging not damaged, seals not broken), on return documents and storage certificates.Enter XT orders and return stock data in to JDE and provide data quality check.Monitor inventory levels and request replenishmentOther duties assigned by ManagementWhat you'll need (required):H.S. Diploma or equivalent4 years previous work experience in a warehouseWhat else we look for (preferred):Strong communication skills, e.g., providing work instructions, using tact and diplomacy to resolve disputesExcellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, including ability to resolve misunderstandings of work instructions, and to convey and confirm understanding of methodology and proceduresGood computer skills with proven ability to use computer-based programsAble to read, comprehend, write and speak English, and elementary-level understanding of numerical functionsGood math skills, equivalent with high school education levelValid driver's license and good driving record preferredAbility to accurately perform semi-routine work such as material picking, sorting, and cycle counting, including JDE and other related system operation and updatesKnowledge of purchasing and accounts payable systems related to developing and submitting required documentationForklift operationKnowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to warehouse operationsProven ability to complete, retain, and incorporate training coursework in the performance of new and advanced work procedures, as well as to conduct trainingStrict attention to detail and accuracyFlexibility to work varying shifts and/or overtime, as neededMust be able to promote and work in a team environment, including exchanging work methodology feedback and other information related to improving performance of required tasksMay also work on inter-departmental teams and with other departmentsAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/controlEdwards is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer including protected Veterans and individuals with disabilities.COVID Vaccination Requirement Edwards is committed to protecting our vulnerable patients and the healthcare providers who are treating them.
