High School Graduate or GED Completion of Medical Assistant program - HIGHLY PREFERRED Successful completion of Rhythm Recognition Course - PREFERRED Prior experience as Telemetry Technician - REQUIRED Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Ability to operate cardiac monitors and EKG machines - REQUIRED Ability to communicate effectively, and follow written and/or oral instructions. Ability to recognize myocardial infarction arrhythmia Strong quality customer service skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills Ability to recognize normal and abnormal arrhythmias
