Pay: starts at $26/hour based on experience, eligible for overtime pay Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week 8 to 10-hour shifts Hours variable from 6:45 am to 5:30 pm Every other weekend and holiday rotation required Paid time off (PTO)Preferred Education: Associate degree or higher OR Pursuing an associate's degree with 6 to 12 months of relevant experience OR 3+ years relevant experience Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate: Customer service and people management experience Clear verbal and written communication Ability to complete tasks with focus on detail and organization Time management and multitasking in daily work Comfort with learning new technology and computer system Day to Day Job: Provide supervision to the Nutrition Lab team, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and goals are met Assist the team with troubleshooting issues/barriers to successfully providing patients with prescribed orders Train, coach, develop, and evaluate new and existing associates Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implementation of new and changing processes Collaborate with nurse management, clinical dietitians, and other care team members to coordinate formula and breast milk management Complete projects, documentation, and reports in a timely and professional manner Assist with the successful daily operation of the Nutrition Lab, which is a fast-paced work environment with high levels of activityAssociates at Morrison Healthcare are offered many fantastic benefits.
