If you're organized, professional, and have an interest in the legal field, we encourage you to apply.Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal professionalsDraft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondenceFile and organize case files, court documents, and confidential recordsAnswer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendarsCommunicate professionally with courts, clients, and third-party vendorsCoordinate courier services and maintain office suppliesNotarize documents as needed (if certified)Dependable and proactive with a strong sense of confidentialityDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsAble to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or paralegal certificate is a plus12 years of experience in a legal or professional office setting preferredFamiliarity with legal terminology and document formats is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office and/or legal case management softwareNotary Public commission in Connecticut strongly preferredHealth and dental insurance (for eligible employees)Paid time off and holidays
