Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:Excellent communication and leadership skillsThree or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industryPrior management experienceWell-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systemsThe ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store wallsAdditional requirements include:Strategic perspective and the ability to champion changeInspiring your team through high performance, collaboration and teamworkUtilizing professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issuesTaking initiative and striving and creating resultsOur Assistant Store Managers earn between $42,800 - $64,200 annually plus up to $18,000 in commissions yearly if sales goals are met.
