What you’ll do


  • The Operations Manager will be carrying out all supervisory duties for Front Desk and Housekeeping team, with some cross training in Food and Beverage and Banquets
  • Always provide the highest quality of service to the customer and ensure associates do the same. Will act as an ambassador of our establishment
  • Perform hands-on duties as needed and be responsible for admin tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
  • Ensure that SOPs, brand standards, and White Lodging policies are followed within their department(s) to the highest standards
  • Perform other managerial duties as assigned by property leaders


What you’ll bring


  • Front Desk and/or housekeeping leadership experience required
  • An Operations Manager will have a passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and execute against the strategy and deliver results
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required and experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and be on call as issues arise.
