Area SupervisorArea Supervisor Requirements:MUST have 2 years McDonald's SUPERVISOR experience. He/she will be responsible for the performance of 4 McDonald's locations in East Alton, Wood River & 2 locations in Collinsville, IL.Strong verbal & written communication skillsProven track record of successfully managing McDonald'sDemonstrated ability to take on additional responsibilities beyond store operationsExcellent planning, organizational and communication skillsExperience with budgeting and financial statement analysis.Must be 18 years or older and legal to work in United States.The responsibilities include:Conduct food safety visits at each restaurant regularly to ensure that each restaurant meets company standards for cleanliness, customer service and food quality.The area supervisor coaches and develops general managers and shift managers, providing guidance on areas such as employee training, inventory management & sales growth.Create an annual business plan prior to start of each year with monthly goals for each restaurant that is based on co-op/national goals and communicate results to management team monthly.The area supervisor works with general managers to maintain staffing and create a fun atmosphere in all stores.Hold meetings with General Managers to discuss operations, training, business results and customer feedback.Lead introduction of new products, procedures, and equipment to ensure they meet co-op goals.Adminster written performance reviews to General Managers and ensure they do the same for shift managers and crew.They work closely with general managers to ensure all managerial staff receives McDonald's management trainee material.Analyze sales trends to identify negative sales patterns and implement programs to increase sales. They ensure all restaurants adhere to McDonald's company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.They address any operational issues or challenges that may arise within the restaurants.Work on floor with GM and shift managers and crew to access service and coach as needed.
