divh2Retail Allocator (7-Months Contract)/h2pThe Retail Allocator (Contract period of 7 months) executes the globally aligned planning vision for Crocs, the industry-leading casual footwear brand specializing in comfortable, fun, innovative and irreverent product lines designed to surprise and delight our millions of loyal Crocs fans and future Crocs fans. The Allocator ensures the companys key asset, inventory, is directed to stores in the right volumes and at the right time to optimize revenues and profitability. They develop and maintain optimum store inventory levels, monitor store performance and determine proper replenishment to satisfy each store by gender, category, style and size requirements./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliDevelop and execute initial allocation and ongoing replenishment of product to all assigned stores detailed in the sales forecast by the Demand Planner./liliManages replenishment within published standards and proactively makes adjustments based on sales trends, seasonality, visual merchandising strategies and business needs./liliFocus on Top 25 options per gender and target a 95% in-stock rate of those SKUs./liliResponsible for monitoring product performance at the store level and recommends transfers or consolidations within published guidelines./liliEnsures forward planning is in place to support revenue targets and planned promotions./liliCommunicates replenishment plans with Distribution Logistics teams and ensures plans are executed in full and on time./liliApproach all tasks with the consumer in mind, ensuring we continue exciting our consumers in store./liliDrive for constant improvement on allocation efficiency across all markets with a team player mindset./li/ulh3What Youll Bring to the Table/h3ulliDegree in Supply Chain management or any related discipline/lili1+ years in inventory planning/allocation and/or planning within a direct-to-consumer environment/liliSelf-starter who works well in a demanding, fast-paced and high-performance environment/liliUnderstanding of market competition, consumer and market trends/liliStrong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills/liliAbility to independently utilize resources to increase knowledge/liliAbility to take initiative and adapt quickly to changes/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
