As the Senior Manager, Product Management for our enterprise website, you'll be instrumental in shaping the multi-year roadmap, prioritizing major features based on strategic business goals, and owning the overall Return on Investment (ROI) for the website as a digital product. You will act as the voice of the external user while managing a team dedicated to continuous improvement of website performance, and the development and optimization of future digital experiences. Your core mandate is to champion a seamless digital experience that spans the entire customer lifecycle, from the buyer's journey (lead generation) through to the customer journey (advocacy). If you are an innovative product leader ready to own a strategic B2B digital platform and drive significant business impact, we encourage you to apply.In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutionsBusiness Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellenceTechnology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term valueIntegrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risksTransformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignmentBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in quantitative field (such as Engineering, CS, Economics) or MBA with quantitative focusAt least 7 years of experience working in Product Management focused on digital productsAt least 5 years of experience in the management or mentorship of product managers or product teamsAt least 5 years of experience driving measurable results related to digital platforms, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer adoption.Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading enterprise SaaS or B2B website products at scale.Expert-level knowledge of the entire B2B Customer Lifecycle, including strategies for acquisition, retention, and advocacy.Deep understanding of CMS and martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Contentful, Optimizely, Marketo).Experience with SalesTech stacks (e.g., Salesforce).Familiarity with web performance, security, SEO, AI, and content governance best practices.Strong grasp of demand generation funnels, lead scoring, and user behavior analytics.Certification in an Agile framework (e.g. Scrum Product Owner).At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Remote (Regardless of Location): $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementMcLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementSan Francisco, CA: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
