This position will require the intern to work in our Clearwater, FL office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday). Dates of Program: May 18th, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (13 weeks). For more information on the internship program, visit www.knowbe4.com/careers/internships.As a Technical Business Case Intern, you will work with the KnowBe4 Sales Engineering department on a wide variety of initiatives in the cybersecurity industry including, but not limited to, technical evaluation plans, Proof of Value templates, competitive intelligence, technical use case development, and business value documentation. In addition, you will be tasked with supporting the Sales Engineering team with researching, analyzing, developing, and documenting compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of KnowBe4's products to prospective customers.Key Responsibilities:Assist with researching, analyzing and developing business value assessments for KnowBe4 products across various customer scenariosAssist with compiling and analyzing competitive intelligence reports, feature comparison matrices, and differentiation documentation for top competitors in the security awareness and human risk management spaceShadow Sales Engineers and Sales Architects in a wide array of technical and business matters, including customer demonstrations, Proof of Value (POV) evaluations, and strategic account engagementsAssist with cybersecurity trend research regarding developing industry challenges, emerging threats, and their impacts on organizational security postureSupport the creation or improvement of templates, presentation materials, playbooks and tailored collateralResearch new business analysis techniques and sales engineering methodologies to make Sales Engineering deliverables and presentations more efficientResearch developing cybersecurity awareness and human risk management trends in relation to new evolving technology in the workspaceComplete projects related to business case development and technical sales support as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Majoring or experience in any of the fields: Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, Related fieldsResearch experience using business databases, market intelligence platforms, or academic research toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essential with the ability to positively interact with persons at all levels of our organizationProficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPointProficient in the use of data analysis and visualization toolsTalent for multi-tasking, being results oriented and organizationally proficientTeam oriented and willing to help others to achieve successAbility to develop creative solutionsAbility to think and act independentlyAbility to deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with Sales Engineering team members and cross-functional stakeholdersSelf-reliant with the ability to innovate and introduce change showing sound judgment and pragmatismTechnical sales or business analysis experience is a plusOur Fantastic BenefitsWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
