As a matter of fact, we are so confident that if you don't make at least that amount in your first full year on the Team we will cut you a check for the differenceJob Description:We are looking for a stellar Lead Agent to join our team We are expecting a motivated, self-starter who enjoys helping people and will assist them in navigating through the home-selling and home-buying process. The Lead Agent is responsible for assisting several seller/buyer clients at a time. If you are great at building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time well, WE WANT YOUResponsibilities:Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointmentsManage all leads in contact database system; set and complete tasks in the system, track all client communicationsIdentify homes that meet prospective buyers' home search criteria, schedule showings, help them to refine their criteriaStay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home selling/buying processHave local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoodsWrite and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and work with clients to get that property under contractRequirements:Applicants for this position will have NC and SC Real Estate licensesMinimum 1 year real estate experience with proven sales recordMust be a team player, motivated and personableLive & breathe HPREA Core ValuesHave excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating abilityBe organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and focus on outstanding customer serviceAbility to work in a very fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitudeOther Rewards & Perks:Quality leads provided for youFull access to a dedicated showing specialistQuality inside sales team sets consultations for youRegular skills-based training and 1:1 coachingNo marketing & advertising costs - HPREA will bear all of the marketing costs, advertising, lead generation, and contract processing.Ideal Experience:Worked in a high volume, inbound/outbound sales environmentCustomer-facing service industry/restaurant experience
